AP SCERT has been issued Rc No.279 regarding the Partial Modifications in School Time Table/ School Calendar for the academic year 2015-16. The Rc No 279 issued based on the representations received from the teachers Unions and representations received from the various teachers. AP SCERT has partially modified the School Time table and allotment of periods based on the subjects. Seventh class Mathematics has to teach by Physical Science Teacher. The complete Rc.No. 279/B/TE/SCERT/2015 Dated: 28-11-2015 is as follows.
Based on the order Procs. Rc. No. 279/B/C&T/SCERT/2015, dated: 9-7-2015 all the District Educational Officers(DEO) in the Andhra Pradesh State has to take necessary steps to implement, the following partial modifications are made in School Time Table for the year 2015-16.

Partial Modifications in School Time Table
- Increase one period for Mathematics from Class VIII to Class X ie., 7 periods to 8 periods
- Reduce from one period from Art & Culture from Class VIII to Class X
- Allot Class VII Mathematics to Physical Science Teacher (SA PS)
- Headmaster has to teach 8 periods per week (in his/ her subject or general)
- Maintain equal distribution of work among the existing staff
- Biological Science teacher has to teach teach VI class Science and 1 Lab period.
- Physical Science teacher – teach VII class Science and 1 Lab period.
Note: Physical Science teacher having Mathematics in degree and mathematics methodology In B.Ed. may be allotted class VI mathematics
The modifications stated above are applicable for academic year ie., 2015-16 only. A separate comprehensive school time table will be issued and supplied for the next academic year 2016-17.
The school Head Masters are requested to follow the above modifications now issued without any deviation and issue necessary instructions to all Headmasters of all High Schools in the Andhra Pradesh State accordingly.
