Rc.395/Estt-III/2016 Dt:20/04/2016 School Education, Relieving of Teachers who were transferred during the Transfer Counseling held in 2015 and not relieved for want of substitute.
The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors(RJDs) of School Education and the District Educational Officers(DEOs) in the State are invited to the subject cited above. They are requested to take necessary action as follows with regard to the teachers who were given transfer orders in Teacher Transfer Counseling 2015 and yet relieved for want of substitute or for want of need.
- If need is established: In the opted/transferred place, relieve the teachers on last working day i.e 23rd April 2016.
- If need is established: IN the opted / Transferred place, but Teachers is not willing to be relieved now and If they have not completed 8 years cancel the transfer orders. They may be allowed to apply online transfer in ensuing transfer counseling.
- If need is not established: Cancel the transfer orders of teachers, and allow then to apply for online transfer in ensuing transfer counselling.
