AP SSC Hyderabad has issued Schedule for Schedule for Conducting School Management Committee(SMC) Elections. In this regard AP SSA released Lr Rc No.3320 Dt.16/07/2016. The Schedule and guidelines for conducting SMC Elections is as follows.
Revised schedule on SMC Elections: 2016-18
- SMC Elections Notification: 26-7-16.
- Display of SMC voter's list: 26-7-16 , 2pm
- Objections files on voter's list in time of 29-7-16 , 3pm.
- Finalized voter's list 29-7-16 , 4pm
- SMC elections on 01-8-2016 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Oath taking on 01-8-2016 at 3pm
- Frist SMC meeting on 01-8-2016 at 4pm.
Conduct of Election of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and members of School Management Committee(SMC)
In the Lr 3320 furnished the guideline and schedule to be followed for the conduct of election of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and members of School Management Committee in the Schools in AP State. Further it is requested to issue instruction to the MEOs and HMs to conduct meeting of parents/guidelines to constitute SMCs on 26/07/2016 positively.
