How to Apply Online for Panchayat Secretary Vacancies
Desired aspirants, who want to work as Panchayat Secretary, need to login for the proforma application which is available in APPSC Commission’s Website www.psc.ap.gov.in or http://appscapplications17.apspsc.gov.in. The online application will be available from 31/12/2016 to 30/01/2017 . Fee payment should be done before 30/01/2017, 11:59 mid night.
Off- Line Mode Screening Test
In case applicants exceed 25,000 in number, the Commission is planning to conduct screening test in Off- Line mode. The screening test will be held on 23/04/2017 FN.
Main Examination on 16/07/2017 FN&AN
Candidates who are selected in the screening test, need to appear main test. The main test will be in On-Line mode. The online test will be on 16/07/2017 FN & AN
Download Hall Tickets
Hall Tickets for Panchayat Secretary will be available in the official website www.psc.ap.gov.in and it can be downloaded before 7 days of commencement of Examination. Candidates are requested to download hall tickets only in official website only.
Required Qualifications
Desired candidates must posses the qualification Degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.
Min-Max Age
Candidates, who are eager to appear APPSC Panchayat Secretary online exam 2017, should not less than 18 years of age and should not more than 42 years of age as on 01/07/2016. Candidates, who are eager to appear APPSC Panchayat Secretary online exam 2017, should not less than 18 years of age and should not more than 42 years of age as on 01/07/2016. For SC/ST and BC candidates can get 5 year age relaxation. Physically Handicapped persons can get 10 Years age relaxation.
How to Apply Online Application Form
- Download the User manual from www.psc.ap.gov.in or http://appscapplications17.apspsc.gov.in and read it carefully and satisfy yourself.
- Pay fee online after knowing the eligibility criteria
- After completing the payment of Fee the candidate should visit Online Application Form Submission link and enter the Journal Number, Date of payment and Date of Birth to get and fill the format of Application and should submit ON-LINE.
- The applicant shall affix a recent Colour Passport Size Photograph on a White Paper and then sign below the photograph with Black Pen,. Scan the Photo with Signature and Upload online in Application Form.
- Applicant should all columns in the application form invariably.

Application Fee
Applicant must pay Rs. 250/- as application processing fee and Rs 80/- for Examination Fee. For SC, ST, BC, PH & Ex-Service Men, Families having Household Supply White Card can get fee exemption
Mode of Payment of Fee
- The application and examination fee should pay through Payment Gateway or Net Banking/ Credit card /Debit Card.
- The fee once remitted shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
