State Project Director, SSA, Telangana has been issued Proc.Rc.No.646 Dt:09/09/2016 regarding engaging 2597 Part Time Instructions in Art Education, Health Education and work and Computer Education in Schools. The orders Rc.646 is issued based on the interim orders of Hon’ble High Court of Judicature in WPMP No.30650 of 2016 in WP No.24824 of 2016 Dt:10.08.2016. With the directions of High Court nearly 2597 Part Time Instructors posts will be engaged across Telangana Districts. The complete orders regarding the engage of Part Time Instructors is as follows.
All the Project Officers(POs) of TSSSA are informed that the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature issued Interim Orders to engage the services of Part-time Instructors as per the qualifications applicable to the posts concerned. Accordingly, information has been obtained from the District Project Offices after field verification with regard to qualifications in respect of Part-time Instructors in Art Education, Work Education and health & Physical Education and the details of eligible Part-time Instructors are as shown below.
In view of the above, it is decided to engage the services of 2597 eligible Part Times Instructors in Art Education, Health and Physical Education and Work & Computer Education in Schools i.e.. Upper Primary Schools and UP sections of High schools where enrollment is above 100 from classes VI to VIII through SMCs for the academic year 2016-17.
The Project Officers are directed to evaluate the performance and engage the services of qualified candidates as per rules through School Management Committees as Part Time Instructors for the academic year 2016-17 after due verification of original certificates of the candidates. The data base of all PTI shall be maintained including Aadhar numbers I Bank account details. The performance of the PTIs shall be evaluated by the HM concerned every month and furnish the report to the DEOs/ DPOs.
Honorarium Based on the Attendance
- The payment of honorarium shall be made online based on actual attendance.
- They shall be available during school hours and attend duties as per Academic Calendar.
- The SMCs have to monitor the performance of the PTI.
The Project Officers are also directed that the services of Part Time Instructors shall continued till the last working day of the academic year 2016-17 and their services shall be automatically ceased on the last working day of the Academic Year 2016-17.
Therefore, the Project Officers shall take necessary action accordingly.
