Computer Operator-cum-Digital Assistant in All Gram Panchayat Grades
According to the indicative staffing pattern, a Computer Operator-cum-Digital Assistant is indicated for all four categories of Gram Panchayats.

Gram Panchayats Permitted to Engage Staff Through Outsourcing
The Government has clarified that the staffing pattern prescribed in G.O.Ms.No.87 is an indicative staffing pattern.
Concerned Gram Panchayats are permitted to avail the services of skilled or unskilled personnel through third-party agencies or firms on an outsourcing basis.
The outsourcing process must be undertaken strictly in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151, Finance (HR-I) Department, dated 08-08-2016.
The Gram Panchayats must also comply with the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Regulation of Appointments to Public Services and Rationalisation of Staff Pattern and Pay Structure Act, 1994 – Act 2 of 1994.

The Government has directed the Commissioner of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Tadepalli and all District Collectors to take immediate necessary action in the matter.
