The Andhra Pradesh School Education Department and SCERT AP have issued guidelines for the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Development Program (EMDP) for the academic year 2026-27.

AP EMDP 2026-27 Implementation Guidelines

All Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers, Principals of DIETs and Additional Project Coordinators in Andhra Pradesh have been informed that the Entrepreneurial Mindset Development Program for 2026-27 shall be implemented for Classes 8 and 9 in a structured manner.

SCERT AP has prescribed specific timelines for school registration, teacher nomination, teacher training, commencement of classroom sessions and EMDP EXPO registration.

EMDP School Registration and Nomination of Teachers

All Complex Schools and other High Schools under various managements, including Government, Zilla Parishad, Municipal and Aided schools, shall register for the EMDP programme.

The registration process must be completed on or before 20 July 2026.

School registration shall be completed through the LEAP App.

The AMO, DSO and EMDP District Manager shall coordinate with the respective school heads to ensure timely completion of school registration.

School Heads should also ensure the nomination of suitable teachers for the effective implementation of the programme.

Online Mentor Teacher Training

The Online Mentor Teacher Training for identified teachers is scheduled to be conducted on 15 July 2026.

The AMO, DSO and EMDP District Manager shall identify two teachers from each district as Resource Persons.

Online Teacher Training for EMDP Teachers

An online training programme will be organised for teachers involved in the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Development Program.

Role of School Heads and EMDP Teachers

School Heads should ensure that their schools complete EMDP registration within the prescribed timeline.
