February 2024 School Complex Agenda and Proceedings
As per the Ref: Rc.No.SS-15024/4/2023-SAMO-SSA Dt: 17/02/2024, In adherence to the quality initiatives under Samagra Shiksha, AP, this communication serves to inform all District Educational Officers, Additional Project Coordinators of SS, and Mandal Educational Officers about the revised dates for conducting School Complex meetings and Primary School Complex meetings in February 2024.
Due to upcoming examinations in the last week of February 2024, the School Complex meetings and Primary School Complex meetings are rescheduled to take place on February 19th and 20th, 2024.
Therefore, all District Educational Officers are hereby instructed to promptly issue necessary directives to ensure the smooth conduct of the aforementioned meetings on the specified dates without any deviation from the schedule.

All the RJDSE, DEOs, AMOs,and APCs in the state are hereby informed to conduct school complex training at the complex level without any deviation and ensure 100% attendance in all school complexes.
MEO-II to make monitoring visits. District officers and DIET Principals to make monitoring visits and fill the monitoring form.
Don’ts in the Complex Trainings:
- No Union Meeting Discussions.
- No Discussions on service matter, No personnel discussions.
- No felicitation activities like transfers, promotions, no meeting with shawls and garland.
- No personnel parties, birthday parties, no visits, no site seeing programmes.
- All the teachers of govt, govt-aided, KGBV schools, residential must attend the school complex meetings.
