AP High Schools New DDO Codes 2025 – Reapportionment of Teaching Staff, Allotment Details
AP High Schools New DDO Codes 2025: The School Education Department has released details regarding the allotment of Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) codes for High Schools across various managements, including Government, Zilla Parishad/Mandal Parishad, and Municipal Schools. This is part of the ongoing reapportionment of teaching staff across the state.
As per Memo No. ESE02-13/90/2025-EST 3-CSE-Part(3), dated 30-06-2025, and referring to Letter No. FIN02-18067/5/2025-H SEC-DTA, dated 25-06-2025 from the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, the authorities have communicated 531 DDO codes for newly upgraded high schools in Andhra Pradesh. Of these, 380 are new DDO codes, and 151 are existing codes applicable to newly upgraded high schools.

All Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers (DEOs) in Andhra Pradesh are instructed to:
✅ Take immediate action for drawing the salaries of Headmasters and teachers appointed in these newly upgraded high schools.
✅ Furnish the following details:

List of DDO codes that are unaffected in the current reapportionment (e.g., DEO Offices, AP Model Schools, etc.)

DDO codes where cadre strength needs to be fully removed, such as schools where Headmaster posts have been withdrawn

Abstract of total posts in the district, broken down post-wise

Any other required details related to the ongoing reapportionment
