All RJDSEs, DEOs, APCs, DyEOs, DIET Principals, MEOs, and Sectorial Officers must ensure 100% attendance without deviation.

Key Instructions for February 2026 Cluster Complex Meeting

  • Cluster Complex Meetings for Classes VI to X teachers will continue at Mandal Headquarters (ongoing since November 2025).
  • No video links will be provided by SCERT.
  • Subject-wise content and session notes will be shared wherever necessary.
  • Well-qualified Subject-Specific Resource Persons (RPs) must be identified at the cluster level.
  • Agenda for February 2026 meeting is provided in Annexure-I.

Responsibilities of Cluster Complex Headmaster

The Cluster Complex Headmaster must ensure:

âś… Attendance & Participation

  • 100% teacher attendance.
  • Facial Recognition Attendance at 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
  • Submission of teacher feedback forms before dispersal.

âś… Infrastructure & Facilities

  • Proper functioning of IFPs and internet connectivity.
  • Digital infrastructure availability.
  • Adequate seating, water, sanitation, and accommodation facilities.

âś… Academic Coordination

  • Identification of:

    • 7 Subject-wise School Assistants

    • 2 Senior SGTs (1 for Classes 1–2 and 1 for Classes 3–5)

  • Sufficient subject-specific Resource Persons.
  • Sharing SCERT content with RPs in advance.
  • Minute-to-minute program communication to participants.
  • Monitoring format submission after the meeting.
  • Cluster First Assistant to support monitoring of SGTs.

âś… School Timings & MDM Instructions

  • School to function half-day (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
  • Mid-Day Meal to be closed by 11:45 AM.
  • Teachers must reach cluster venue by 1:00 PM sharp.
  • Prior intimation to parents regarding half-day school.
