🚨 Issue Identified

It has come to the attention of the authorities that Regional Joint Directors of School Education (RJDSEs), District Educational Officers (DEOs), Deputy Educational Officers (Dy.EOs), and Mandal Educational Officers (MEOs I & II) are organizing meetings involving:

  • Headmasters of Primary, Upper Primary, and High Schools

  • Teachers of Single Teacher Primary Schools

These meetings are taking place during school hours, leading to:

  • Disruption in regular teaching

  • Hampered learning outcomes

  • Adverse impact on the academic calendar and student progress

🏫 Importance of Instructional Time

The core responsibility of educational officers is to uphold the quality and continuity of classroom instruction. Holding administrative meetings during instructional hours is counterproductive and goes against the fundamental objective of academic excellence.

📢 Official Instructions

All RJDSEs and DEOs/DSEOs are hereby strictly instructed to:

  1. Direct Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers (I & II) under their jurisdiction NOT to conduct any physical meetings or reviews with Headmasters or Teachers during school hours.

  2. Ensure that all communication and coordination be scheduled outside of instructional hours, unless in cases of urgent necessity.

⚠️ Disciplinary Action for Non-Compliance

Any violation of these instructions will be viewed seriously, and the concerned officials will face appropriate disciplinary action as per the existing government rules and regulations.
