Important Directive
As per the video conference held on 05-06-2025, the Government has issued clear directions to all Additional Project Coordinators (APCs) across Andhra Pradesh. It is instructed not to withdraw or utilize any unspent amount currently available in the Parents Committee accounts, totaling Rs. 338.56 crores, without prior approval.
This amount is earmarked exclusively for the infrastructural development under the Mana Badi Mana Bhavishyathu Programme. District-wise details of these available amounts have already been communicated.
Strict Compliance Required
All APCs are once again directed to strictly instruct field functionaries not to draw or utilize these funds without the explicit approval of the competent authority. Any deviation from these instructions will result in disciplinary action as per existing rules and regulations.
