Important Steps to Update Nominal Rolls
First @ Udiseplus website
- First School Headmaster login to the website https://udiseplus.gov.in/
- Then select and open this field “ Login For All Modules”.
- Then Select the State as ANDHRA PRADESH as shown in the below screen.
- Then select the Student Module and login using their UDISE Credentials(UDISE code as user name and assigned password).
- Under school dashboard option, select the Class X option and then select View/Manage for the students details.
- Fill in all the details of the students in GP, EP, FP and then Fill EXAM DETAILS as required.
- The Submitted Application in UDISE will be reflected in bse.ap.gov.in after 24 hours.
2nd @ www.bse.ap.gov.in to Pay Exam Fee
- Browse to URL http://www.bse.ap.gov.in.
- After browsing the above link, click “Online Application of SSC Public Examinations – 2026”.
- Login with the user credentials i.e., User ID (SSC School Code) and Password (SSC School Code + “@”) and click submit button to login.
- For Ex: The SSC School Code is 19243, then the password is 19243@
- Please verify the School details like UDISE Code and fill the particulars.
➢ If found correct then click on Confirm School U-DISE Code.
➢ In case of wrong U-DISE Code, do not confirm (Do not click the confirm button), Please contact the O/o the DGE, AP through telephone 08645-297452 or through mail dir_govexams@yahoo.in & dir_govexams@apschooledu.in for rectification.
Fee Payment Age Condonation
- The Students who are under age than the specified age for appearing the SSC Examination will be displayed in the Age Condonation List.
- AGE LIMIT: The Candidates must have completed 14 years as on 31.08.2025. In other words the candidates must have been born on or before 01.09.2011.
- The students who are Under Age shall pay a Fee of Rs.300/- towards Age Condonation in the bse ap portal before proceeding to the examination fee.

Important: Documents to Keep Ready
- Student photo: Black & White, JPG, 30–40 KB (white background)
- Signature: JPG, 10–20 KB (white background)
- Age Condonation Order: PDF, 100 KB – 1 MB (if applicable)
- Special English (11E) permission: PDF (if applicable)
- PH Certificate: PDF issued by competent medical authority (if applicable)
Browser & Login Requirements
Use Google Chrome and ensure JavaScript is allowed (Settings → Privacy & Security → Site Settings → JavaScript → Allow). Then visit http://www.bse.ap.gov.in and click Online Application of SSC Public Examinations. Login with School Code (User ID) and your existing password.
Primary Steps & Child Info
All student records are mapped from the official Child Info database. If a student is missing from Child Info, contact the Commissioner of School Education (Ibrahimpatnam). All entries must match the Admission Register and Child Info exactly.
Get Child Info & Confirm UDISE
- Enter Headmaster phone number and school email, then click Get Child Info.
- Verify school details including UDISE code — if correct, click Confirm.
- If UDISE is wrong, do NOT confirm; contact DGE at dir_govexams@yahoo.in.
Student Registration & Editing Details
Steps to register and edit each student:
- Click Service Data, then use the Check button for each student.
- Click Edit and then Click Here for Filling Application.
- Enter names (student, father, mother) — max 42 characters each — and other personal fields exactly as in Admission Register.
Underage Students — Age Condonation
Upload the HM/DEO/DGE Age Condonation Order (PDF, 100 KB–1 MB) when the student is below 14 years as on 31-08-2023.
Competent authorities & relaxation limits:
- Headmaster (Govt/ZP/Model/KGBV etc.) — up to 1.5 years
- District Educational Officer (DEO) — up to 1.5 years (other managements)
- Director of Government Examinations (DGE) — for 1.5 to 2 years

Special English (11E) — When to Upload
If a student migrated from another state or country and joined in Class VI or above, they may be exempted from Telugu and allowed Special English (11E). Upload the DEO permission PDF when applicable.
Children with Special Needs (CwSN) / PH
If the student is differently-abled:
- Select Yes for PH/CwSN
- Choose the correct disability code
- Upload the PH certificate (PDF issued by competent authority)
