AP MDM Stock Registers and Guidelines
The Andhra Pradesh School Education Department, under the PM POSHAN (Mid Day Meal) Scheme, has released detailed instructions for maintaining various MDM (Mid Day Meal) Stock Registers at the school level. As per Memo No. ESE02-27023/1/2020-MDM-CSE, dated 24/08/2020, all schools must properly maintain these registers to ensure transparency and accountability in the Mid Day Meal operations. Here we are providing mid-day meal proforma and Software. School headmaster can use it for submitting Mid-Day meal bill to MEO.

All DEOs, MEOs, and Headmasters are instructed to maintain these records accurately and ensure proper documentation at school level under the PM POSHAN (MDM) scheme.
Instructions for School-Level Functionaries
The Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers are requested to issue necessary instructions to all field-level staff to strictly follow the proper maintenance of these registers without fail.
