🔔 Important Update for All Schools in Andhra Pradesh
The Samagra Shiksha Department of Andhra Pradesh has issued revised instructions regarding the utilization of Composite School Grants for the academic year 2025-26. All school heads are hereby informed about an important update regarding the upcoming Mega Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM 2.0) scheduled to be held on 5th July 2025.
💰 Revised Grant Utilization Guidelines
Earlier guidelines allowed schools to:

Utilize 10% of Composite School Grant for the Swachhta Action Plan

Allocate 10% of the same grant for organizing Mega PTM 2.0
✅ What’s New?
As per the latest orders, schools are now permitted to utilize up to 20% of the released Composite School Grant amount specifically for organizing Mega PTM 2.0, instead of the earlier 10%.

This grant is part of the 50% school composite grant sanctioned (Rs.5474.50 lakhs) for 44,055 schools under PAB 2025-26.

All Additional Project Coordinators (APCs) of Samagra Shiksha are requested to:
