Swarna Andhra – Swachha Andhra(SASA) Day January 2026 Instructions, Theme & Activities
Swarna Andhra – Swachha Andhra Day January 2026 guidelines have been released by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. As per official instructions, the third Saturday of every month is observed as Swachha Andhra Day to promote cleanliness, sanitation, environmental sustainability, and active public participation across the state.
This month’s program focuses on strengthening hygiene practices, effective waste management, green initiatives, and citizen responsibility for a cleaner and healthier Andhra Pradesh.

ప్రభుత్వ ఆదేశాలు మరియు గౌరవనీయ ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆదేశాల ప్రకారం, జనవరి నెల నాలుగోవ శనివారం అన్ని జిల్లాలు, యుఎల్బీలు మరియు ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థలలో పరిశుభ్రత, ప్రజా పరిశుభ్రత, పర్యావరణ స్థిరత్వం మరియు పౌరుల భాగస్వామ్య విలువలను ప్రోత్సహించడానికి “స్వచ్ఛాంద్ర దినోత్సవం”గా పాటిస్తున్నారు.

చేపట్టవలసిన కార్యక్రమములు:
“స్వర్ణ ఆంధ్ర- స్వచ్ఛ ఆంధ్ర” ప్రోగ్రాం కి సంబంధించి శుక్రవారం ప్రజలందరికీ తెలిసే విధంగా టాం టాం మరియు మైక్ అనౌన్స్మెంట్ లు చేయించి శనివారం రోజున ఏ ఏ కార్యక్రమాలు ఏ ప్రదేశాలలో జరుగునో తెలియజేసి అందరూ పాల్గొనే లాగా చూడాలి.
సన్నాహాలు:
ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులు, అధికారులు, మీడియా మరియు గ్రామస్థులకు SASA program కు సంబంధించిన కార్యక్రమాలు ఎప్పుడు ఎక్కడ జరుగుతాయో అందరికీ తెలియజేసి ఆహ్వానించడం. (అవసరమైన చోట టామ్ టామ్ ఉపయోగించండి),
కార్యక్రమాలు:
- IHHLలు, పబ్లిక్ టాయిలెట్లు, కమ్యూనిటీ టాయిలెట్లు మరియు మూత్రశాలల యొక్క క్రియాత్మక వినియోగం పై ఆడిట్ నిర్వహించాలి.
- బహిరంగ మలవిసర్జన మరియు బహిరంగ మూత్ర విసర్జన హాట్స్పాట్లను గుర్తించి తొలగించాలి.
- SWACHHATAM” పోర్టల్ పారిశుద్ధ్య ఆస్తులను మ్యాపింగ్ చేయడం మరియు ధ్రువీకరించడం మరియు సంబంధిత డిపార్ట్మెంట్ పోర్టల్లలో అన్ని పారిశుద్ధ్య ఆస్తుల జియో ట్యాగింగ్ చేయాలి.
- యాంత్రిక పరికరాలతో మాత్రమే బురద తొలగింపును (De Sludging) అమలు చేసి పారిశుద్ధ్య కార్మికులతో నేరుగా De Sludging చేయుటను నివారించాలి.
- శానిటేషన్ సిబ్బందికి PPE కిట్లు, మరియు శానిటేషన్ పరికరాలను తప్పనిసరిగా పంపిణీ చేయాలి.
- శానిటేషన్ సిబ్బందికి మెడికల్ క్యాంపులు నిర్వహించి అవసమైన టీకాలు వేయించాలి.
- శానిటేషన్ సిబ్బందికి భీమా కవరేజ్ సదుపాయాలు కల్పించుకు అవసరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకొనవలెను.
- శానిటేషన్ సిబ్బందికి యొక్క గౌరవం, భద్రత పై ప్రజలకు అవగాహన కార్యక్రమములను అవగాహన కార్యక్రమములు నిర్వహించాలి.

Implementation Instructions
All District Collectors, Municipal Authorities, Panchayat Officials, and Departmental Officers are instructed to:
- Ensure 100% participation in Swachha Andhra Day activities
- Coordinate with local departments and institutions
- Upload photos, videos, and reports through the official SASA App
- Monitor and document outcomes effectively
SASA January 2026 Pledge
A special Swachha Andhra Pledge will be administered to citizens, students, and officials to strengthen commitment toward cleanliness, environmental protection, and sustainable living.
