Thalliki Vandanam Scheme 2025:

The Andhra Pradesh government will deposit ₹13,000 each into the bank accounts of mothers of 67 lakh students across the state. A total of ₹8,745 crores has been allocated for this scheme. As per the GO.26 and GO.27 of Talliki Vandanam the key details are as follows.

Key Details:

  • To be eligible, the student must have at least 75% attendance in the 2024-25 academic year.
  • The family must have a White Ration Card.
  • The Aadhaar of the mother, father, or guardian is mandatory.
  • Family income should be below ₹10,000 in rural areas and ₹12,000 in urban areas.
  • They should not own more than 3 acres of wetland or 10 acres of dry land.
  • They should not own a four-wheeler, and electricity usage must be below 300 units.
  • Families paying income tax are not eligible.
  • Mothers of students studying in IIIT or Polytechnic are also not eligible.

📌 Steps to Check Talliki Vandanam Scheme Status Online (2025-26)

Follow these simple steps to check your Talliki Vandanam status online:

  1. Visit the official portal: https://gsws-nbm.ap.gov.in

  2. Select Scheme as Talliki Vandanam.

  3. Choose the Financial Year as 2025-26.

  4. Enter your Aadhaar Number and complete the captcha.

  5. Click on Get OTP.

  6. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.

  7. Click Submit to view your Talliki Vandanam status.


📢 Important Instructions from GSWS Director

All MPDOs/MCs and Secretariat functionaries are instructed to note the following:

  • Grievances related to ineligible students must be addressed promptly.

  • Lists of eligible and ineligible students have been published on the Village/Ward Secretariat Notice Boards.

  • If parents report that their child is eligible but not listed, the DA/WEDPS must raise a Service Request via NBM login.


⚠️ How to Raise a Grievance for Talliki Vandanam Scheme

If your child is shown as ineligible due to technical reasons, follow these steps:

🧾 NBM Portal Grievance Process:

➡️ Login to NBM Portal
➡️ Go to Create Grievance
➡️ Select Scheme: Talliki Vandanam (FY 2025-26)
➡️ Choose Grievance Type: 6 Step Validation Parameters


✅ Two Important Validation Categories:

1️⃣ RTA (4-Wheeler Related):
Handled via District Transport Officer Login → Approval

2️⃣ Income Tax Issues:
Handled via VRO → MRO → RDO → JC → Approval


📌 Other Grievances (EPDCL, Land, etc.)

For all other issues, the concerned beneficiaries must raise a Service Request through the APSeva Portal at their Secretariat.

Note: Do not reject or turn away any citizen without registering their grievance online or offline.
