Apply Online @ psc.ap.gov.in for 38 DyEO Posts

APPSC inviting online applications from eligible candidates for the position of Deputy Educational Officer in the A.P. Educational Service. There are a total of 38 vacancies, and the selected candidates will receive a salary in the scale of Rs.61,960 – 1,51,370 (RPS: 2022). First Register for One Time Profile Registration (OTPR)

If you are applying for the first time to posts notified by A.P.P.S.C., you must register your bio-data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commission’s website: https://psc.ap.gov.in. Once registered, you will receive a user ID on your registered mobile number and email.

One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) is not considered as an application for any post under any circumstances.
The applicants are advised to retain their mobile number and Email ID registered in OTPR for receiving OTPR/SMS for further communication.

Screening Test for APPSC DyEO Posts

The Commission will conduct a Screening Test on 13/04/2024 if the number of candidates exceeds 200 times the notified vacancies. Candidates will be shortlisted for the Mains (CBT) Examination based on the ratio decided by the Commission.

The dates for the Main Examination will be announced separately. The Screening Test will be an offline objective type examination (OMR based), while the Main Examination will be in objective type, with questions answered on a computer system. Step-by-Step Procedure for AP Dy EO Recruitment Online Application

  1. Step-I: Login to Commission’s Website
    • Log in with the registered OTPR number.
    • First-time applicants need to fill the OTPR application to obtain OTPR ID.
  2. Step-II: Application Submission
    • Login with OTPR ID and set password.
    • Click on “Online Application Submission” at the bottom right corner.
    • Click “Fill Application” for the desired notification.
  3. Step-III: Fill Application Details
    • Fill application-specific data like Local/Non-Local status, White card details, etc.
    • Use the modify OTPR link for any changes.
    • Submit the application with Save or Save & Submit option.
  4. Payment Process
    • Verify basic details for fee calculation and age relaxation pre-populated from OTPR data.
    • Confirm displayed details before submitting the payment form.
    • Once submitted, details for fee calculation and age relaxation cannot be changed.
    • Upon successful submission, a payment reference ID is generated, and an SMS alert is sent.
    • Download the filled application PDF for reference.
  5. Step-IV: Payment Process Submission (if not successful)
    • If payment process is not successful, start a fresh payment process as mentioned in Step-II.
  6. Step-V: Application Corrections
    • Corrections are allowed after the last date of application submission and up to 7 days only.
    • Corrections can be made in the application form except for fields affecting Name, fee, and age relaxations.

APPSC DyEO Application Fee

Applicant must pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) towards application processing fee and Rs 120/- (Rupees One Hundred Twenty only) towards examination fee. The following categories of candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee Rs.120/- only.

  1. SC, ST, BC, PBDs & Ex-Service Men.
  2. Families having Household Supply White Card issued by Civil Supplies Department, A.P. Government. (Residents of Andhra Pradesh).
  3. Un-employed youth as per G.O.Ms.No.439, G.A (Ser- A) Dept., dated: 18/10/1996 should submit declaration at an appropriate time to the Commission.
