AP PRC 2022 Steering Committee of the PRC Struggle committee to call off the strike after meeting with Minister Committee, Representatives of the Employees Associations. The complete minutes of meeting regarding the RPS 2022 is as follows
మంత్రుల కమిటీ, ఉద్యోగ నేతల మధ్య శనివారం రాత్రిజరిగిన చర్చలకు సంబంధించిన మినిట్స్‌ కాపీలో ఇరుపక్షాలు అంగీకారానికి వచ్చిన అంశాలు ఇవీ..
1) వేతన సవరణతో ముడిపడిన అంశాలపై జీవోల జారీ సమయంలో పీఆర్సీ నివేదికను విడుదల చేస్తాం..
2) ఇప్పుడు ప్రకటించిన 23 శాతం ఫిట్‌మెంట్‌లో ఎటువంటి మార్పు ఉండదు.
3) హెచ్‌ఆర్‌ఏ స్లాబులు
4) అదనపు క్వాంటమ్‌ పెన్షన్‌ శాతాల్లో సవరణలకు ఆమోదం.. అవి..70-74 ఏళ్ల పెన్షన్‌దారులకు 7శాతం.. 75-79 ఏళ్ల పెన్షన్‌దారులకు 12 శాతం..
5) గ్రాట్యుటీ విషయంలో తగిన న్యాయం అందిస్తాం
6) ఉద్యోగులకు 2019 జూలై ఒకటి నుంచి 2020 మార్చి 31 మధ్యకాలంలో చెల్లించిన ఐఆర్‌ను రికవరీ చేయబోం.
7) కేంద్ర పీఆర్సీని భవిష్యత్తులో అమలు చేయబోం. రాష్ట్ర పీఆర్సీయే కొనసాగుతుంది.
8) మట్టిఖర్చుల కింద రూ. 25 వేలు చెల్లిస్తాం.
9) గతంలో నిర్ణయించిన సీసీఏనే కొనసాగుతుంది.
10) సవరించిన హెచ్‌ఆర్‌ఏ కొనసాగుతుంది.
11) సెలవులు తదితర అలవెన్సులకు సంబంధించి ప్రభుత్వ ఉత్తర్వులు కార్పొరేషన్లు, సొసైటీలు, వర్సిటీలు సహా ఇతర విభాగాలకూ వర్తిస్తాయి.
12) ప్రజా రవాణా విభాగా(పీటీడీ)నికి సంబంధించి ప్రత్యేక ఉత్తర్వులు ఇస్తాం.
13) సీపీఎస్‌ అంశం పరిశీలనకు ఇప్పటికే కమిటీ ఉంది. ఈ మార్చిలోగా రోడ్‌మ్యాప్‌ సిద్ధమవుతుంది.
14) కాంట్రాక్టు, ఎన్‌ఎంఆర్‌ సహా ఇతర ఉద్యోగులకు సంబంధించిన కమిటీ వారి సమస్యలను సత్వరమే పరిష్కరించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటుంది.
15) మెడికల్‌ రియింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌ పొడిగిస్తూ సాధ్యమైనంత త్వరలో ఉత్తర్వులు ఇస్తాం.
16) హెల్త్‌ స్కీంపై తదుపరి చర్యలు తీసుకుంటాం.
17) గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాల కార్యదర్శులను ఈ ఏడాది జూన్‌ 30 నాటికి క్రమబద్ధీకరించి, సవరించిన వేతనాలు అందిస్తాం.

1 . The PRC report would be made available when 1hc related Government Orders arc issued.
- The fitment would be continued at 23%
- The HRA Slabs as follows.

Note: The HRA of 24% would be allowed to the employees of secretariat and heads of department upto July 2022 and the facility would be continued upto June 2024 through a separate Government Order.
The rates of additional pension quantum are given : 70-74 years – 7%, 75-79 years – 12%
4.Gratuity would be given as previously
5.There would be not be any recoveries of IR paid during 1/07/2019 and 31/03/2020 from the pay of
6.The Central PRC would not be adopted in future and the schedule of State PRC would be continued.
7. Obsequy charges of 25,000 would be paid to serving employees as well as pensioners.
8.CCA at the past rates would be continued.
10. Revised HRA would be given prospectively.
11. Government orders would be issued for allowances, leave, etc. and for Corporations, Societies, Universities, etc as applicable.
12. A separate Government order would be issued for PTO.
- There is a comm1ittce for examination of CPS issue. A road map would be prepared by March
- There is a committee for contract workers, etc. This would be resolved speedily and additional categories like NMR, etc would be included.
- Government orders for extension of medical reimbursement would be issued as soon as possible.
- EHS health scheme would be streamlined.
- VWS secretaries would be confirmed in service by 30 Ju ne 2022 . The scales would also be given at that time.
Strike Called Off
It was unambitiously decided by the Steering Committee of the PRC Struggle committee to call off the strike proposed to start on 6/7 February 2022 midnight. The meeting ended with a vote of thanks to all.
