The December 2025 School Complex Meeting will be conducted as per the guidelines issued by SCERT, Andhra Pradesh.

All Government, Aided, KGBV, and Residential School Teachers must attend the meeting without fail.

December 2025 School Complex Meeting – Key Information

• Meeting Day: Saturday, 20-12-2025 Duration: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Attendance: 100% Mandatory Primary Classes: I to V High School Classes: VI to X (at Mandal Headquarters)

Instructions for Conduct of Meeting

• The meeting must be conducted strictly from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
• No deviation from the schedule is permitted.
• No video links will be provided by SCERT.
• Study material and notes will be shared wherever required.
• Subject-wise Resource Persons (RPs) must be identified at cluster level.
• Sessions should focus on peer discussions and collaborative learning.
• Agenda for both Primary and High Schools is provided in Annexure-I.

Responsibilities of School Complex Headmasters

• Ensure 100% teacher attendance and active participation.
• Ensure availability of digital infrastructure and internet.
• Ensure smooth conduct of sessions as per schedule.
• Share minute-to-minute programme in advance.
• Identify 7 subject-wise School Assistants and 2 senior SGT facilitators.
• Ensure availability of sufficient Resource Persons.
• Share SCERT content with RPs in advance.
• Ensure proper seating, drinking water, and sanitation facilities.
• Mid-Day Meal must be closed by 11:45 AM.
• Teachers must reach the venue by 1:00 PM sharp.
• Facial Recognition attendance must be marked at 1 PM and 5 PM.
• Ensure all teachers submit the feedback form.
• Submit the monitoring format after completion of the meeting.
• Inform parents about half-day school (9 AM to 12 PM).

Don’ts in Cluster Complex Meetings

• No felicitation programmes or celebrations.
• No garlands, shawls, or personal parties.
• No sightseeing or casual visits.
• No discussions on service or union matters.
• No leave except for medical emergencies.

Monitoring Mechanism

The meeting will be monitored by:

• DEO, DyEO, APC, AD
• DIET Principals and Faculty
• MEO-I & MEO-II
• MIS Coordinators and CRPs
• District Samagra Shiksha Officers

One responsible officer must be mapped to each Cluster Complex.

• Each District must appoint one nodal person for every cluster.
• Any negligence will be viewed seriously.
• All instructions must be followed strictly.
• Receipt of proceedings must be acknowledged.
