AP SCERT FA4 Time Table 2026 : AP SCERT has released formative assessment-4(FA4) and 10th Pre-final exam time table for the classes 1st Class to 9th Class and Prefinal- Exam Schedule for 10th Class. Teachers and Students are advised to download and note down the FA4 time table and syllabus for FA4 examinations. AP Formative4 will be started from 09/02/2026(Monday) to 12/02/2026(Thursday).
As per the proceedings Rc No: SCERT/AP/2026 , the following dates finalized for the conduct of FA4 for the academic year 2025-26.

Instructions for Confidential activity:
- Question papers shall be stored securely at the school complex for 1st to 5th classes and at MRC for 6th to 10th classes.
- The Mandal Education Officers (MEOs) 1 and 2 and School complex headmasters will be the custodians of the preserved papers.
- Question paper bundles will be handed over to the concerned schools only one hour prior to the commencement of the examination in each session.
- School complex HM and MEOs must ensure the integrity of the question papers. They, along with Cluster Resource Persons (CRPs), should visit schools during examination hours to verify that the examinations are being conducted smoothly and fairly.
- In case of any untoward incidents, School complex HMs, MEOs and CRPs should report immediately to higher officials.
- MEOs and CRPs should focus on monitoring examination conduction procedures in both private and government-managed schools.
- Syllabus is enclosed to this proceedings.
- Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) assessments have been integrated with formative assessments for Classes III, IV, and V. The marks for FA-IV Tool -II for Classes III, IV, and V will be derived from the TaRL endline test. This endline test should be conducted in the same manner as the TaRL baseline & midline tests that ware carried out during FA-II & FA-III respectively, using the same assessment tools provided during FA-II.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to disseminate the above timetable to all the field-level functionaries under their jurisdiction and shall strictly adhere to the above instructions without fail.
