Confirmation, Web Option of AP Teachers Transfers Application

Confirmation of web option is on 01/10/2015 and 02/10/2015(Two days only), and opting web option for transfers is from 03/10/2015 to 06/10/2015. The complete transfers Web Options and Confirmation of transfers online application is as follows.

Things to remember while Confirmation, Web option

1. Password should be used only for at the time of confirmation not for others
2. After confirmation teacher will get One Time Password(OTP) for the purpose of web options for selecting places.
3. Teachers who are completed 8 years, post cancelled under rationalization will not get OTP at the time of confirmation.

AP Teachers who applied for transfers, their transfers final seniority list will be released on 01/10/2015. Objection on transfers points was closed on 30/09/2015, 10 PM and the link removed in the website http://cse.ap.gov.in . The confirmation of transfers application should be done before 02/10/2015.

One Time Password System

Teachers who applied for transfers need to tell their acceptance for transfers process, otherwise concerned teacher name will be removed from the transfers seniority list. Teachers who completed 8 years of service at one station/school and the Headmaster Gr-II completed five years must need to confirm the transfers application and should get One Time Password(OTP) in the process for the web option.

AP Teachers Transfers 2015 process has been started by issuing GO 63 and GO 66. All teachers who were willing to transfers and those completed 8 years in one school, Gr-II headmasters who completed five years of service applied for transfers online. The preparation of online transfers seniority list is based on the Entitlement Points, Performance Indicators of concerned teachers. . The apply of transfers application online is completed as per the prescribed transfers schedule.

AP Teachers Transfers Tentative Seniority List

Final teachers seniority list has been released after confirmation of transfer’s application by concerned MEO/DyEO and concerned DEO. Category wise teacher’s transfers seniority has been placed in the official website http://cse.ap.gov.in/ . After receiving objections regarding transfers applications final seniority will be displayed on 30/10/2015.

Confirmation of Teachers Transfers Application Online

Teachers who are applied for transfers in web portal, it is essential to confirm the transfer’s application online. If any Teacher/HM fail to confirm the transfers application it will be treated as “Not willing for Transfers” and it will become invalid. So, The teachers who applied for online transfers must confirm their online application during 01/10/2015 & 02/10/2015. For confirmation of online transfers application should login to the official website http://cse.ap.gov.in/.

How to get Teachers Transfers Seniority List ?

Teachers who applied transfers application online can view their seniority list online. For this, teacher has to login in the website http://cse.ap.gov.in/. Then click on the teachers transfers online application link at the top of the home page. In the new page, Click on the Tentative Seniority List Report link. In the page by selecting Category of Post--> Subject --> Medium of School --> School Management --> District --> Area Type one can get their seniority list.

Submission of Online web option

Teachers who are applied for transfers through online, after confirmation of transfers application can submit online web option. Selecting of online web option is the final step to be done by the teacher. For submission of web option, teacher has to login official website. By clicking web option link provided, teacher can opt new stations in the clear vacancies and arising vacancies.
