AP Teachers Transfers and Rationalization 2016 process has been stated. The Process of Teachers Transfers will be started after rationalization of Schools based on the strength particulars of concerned school as on 25/06/2016. New posts will be allotted to the schools, if the schools have more strengths as stipulated in the rationalization norms. The rationalization process will be started from 28/06/2016 and it will be completed before 08/07/2016.

AP Teachers Transfers Starts from 28/06/2016
Transfers of AP Teachers Transfers will be started from 28/06/2016 and should be completed before 17/07/2016. Teachers should apply online for transfers from 28/06/2016 to 01/07/2016. Web based counselling will be done from 12th July 2016 to 15th July 2016.
The present Rationalization and Transfers schedule prepared by AP School Education Department will be sent for the approval of AP Human Resource Minister Sri. Ganta Srinivas Rao. After taking nod from the minister the official schedule will be released.
Minimum 3 Years and Maximum 8 Years
The minimum service to apply for the teachers transfers is two years. Teachers who completed eight years of service at same school should inevitably apply for the transfers.
Transfers Based on the Entitlement Points
Teachers Transfers will be done based in the entitlement points acquired by the concerned teacher. In the total 100 points scale, 25 points belongs to performance points, remaining 75 points belongs to service points.
