ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO APPEAR AP POLYCET-2016

Candidate who belongs to Indian National can apply AP POLYCET-2016, Candidates should have passed S.S.C. Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent there to by the Board of Secondary Education. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in March/April-2016, and whose results are yet to be declared can also appear for POLYCET-2016

For convenience of pupils ONLINE filling of application for POLYCET-2015 is facilitated by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, A.P. Hyderabad.Student can approach any of the nearest aponline/meeseva/payment gateway/net banking/Help line centers (Polytechnics)

Guidelines to Fill Online AP POLYCET 2016 Application

1. First Login to the website using Internet Explorer Only
2. First fill the 10th Class Hall ticket No., Year of pass and Date of Birth.
3. Fill your name as per school records with one letter for each box. Leave a gap between parts of your name.
4. Fill your father’s name
5. Fill in your date of birth in DD MM YYYY [Date /Month/Year] format.
6. Fill in your address details (House number, Village/street, Mandal /town/city, District, PIN code, Mobile number) for correspondence.
7. Fill in the place where you would like to appear for Examination.Refer the table of Examination/ help line centers.
8. Enter the area code to which you are local to Andhra Pradesh(Refer Annexure-II).
9. Enter your reservation catergory (BC/SC/ST) [Refer Annexure-IV]
10. Enter your specical catergory, if any (CAP/SP/PH/NCC).
11. Fill in minority community deatils (Other than Hindu) as entered in your school records.
12. Fill in your willingness to appear the examination in Urdu medium. Examintion in Urdu medium will be conducted only at Hyderabad, Guntur and Nandyal centers.
13. Sign the declaration with regard to your physical fitness to pursue the polytechnic courses.
14. The filled in applicaiton from with photograph affixed (Do not stappled and Do not sign on the photo) and duly signed by Parent/Guardian should be submitted to the computer operator at the nearest Aponline/Meeseva/Payment gateway/Net Banking/Help Line center with a cash payment of Rs 330/-.

Special Instructions to AP POLYCET 2016

1. The candidates of AP intend to seek admission in to the courses offered in State wide institution of Telangana State, at the ratio of 42:36:22 in AU/OU/SVU respectively and seek admission under 15% unreserved quota offered in Telangana State shall appear for POLYCET conducted by Telangana.
2. Please note that only one Hall ticket will be generated against an APPLICATION FORM.
3. Fill the SSC Hall ticket Number, Year of Pass and Date of Birth on the application by verifying your SSC Hall ticket /SSC Certificate or its equivalent, as the candidate data is taken from SSC database.
4. The basic data pertaining to the candidates of other Boards is not available in the data base. The candidate has to visit any of the centers along with his photo for filing online application.
