Online Registration for new enrollment/Inclusion Form 19 of AP MLC Elections Voter List for Teachers and Graduate constituency has been placed in the official website http://ceoaperms.ap.gov.in. The Teachers who are working in high school can enroll their names in online enrollment form of Form 19(Teachers). There is option available in the form to enroll for constituency Prakasam-Nellore-Chittoor, Kadapa-Anantapur-Kurnool. Here are the steps to fill form 19 online and the required information to fill online .
Enroll Online before 01/11/2016
Teachers of High School requesting to enroll their in online Form 16 from 01/10/2016 to 01/11/2016 . Before going to fill the Form 19 through online you have to keep ready the following information by hand. Teachers are requesting to apply online before 1st November 2016
Required Information for Form 19(Teachers)
- The Electoral Registration Officer Teacher's Constituency Name
- Name, Surname
- Relation Name
- Date of Birth
- Complete house address
- Details of AC & EPIC, If the applicant's name is included
- Dates of engaged in teaching for the total period of more than three
- Date of entry into the service, date of retirement.
- Scanned copy of service certificate.

- Enrollment as Voters Start Online registration : 1/11/2016
- Preparation of Voters list and Publish Draft Voters list : 19/11/2016
- Voters list Objections and claim form : 23-11-2016 to 8/12/2016
- Publish final Voters list on : 30/12/2016

- Login to the Official election website of AP http://ceoaperms.ap.gov.in
- In the new page select MLC Elections Enrollment Tab
- Select Teachers/ Graduate MLC Elections Voters Online Registration
- Next opt for online inclusion Form 19
- Fill required all mandatory details and Submit finally and keep printout for further reference.
