AP Government has been decided Eid Miladun Nabi General Holiday on 02/12/2017(Satuday) as per Go.2669 Dt:30/11/2017 based on the request of Chief Executive Officer, Andhra Pradesh State Waqf Board, Vijayawada. Previous it was decided 01.12.2017 (Friday) as per Go Rt No:2412 Dt:30/11/2017. The complete Go.2669 Dt:30/11/2017 regarding Eid Miladun Nabi General Holiday is as follows.
- As per G.O.Rt.No. 2412, G.A.(Poll.A) Department, dated:24.11.2016, Government have issued orders declaring 01.12.2017 (FRIDAY) as Holiday on the occasion of Eid Miladun Nabi.
- As per the Chief Executive Officer, Andhra Pradesh State Waqf Board, Vijayawada. Lr.F.No.E1/21/2016-AP, dt.24.11.2017, the Chief Executive Officer, Andhra Pradesh State Waqf Board, Vijayawada has requested to change the holiday to 02.12.2017 on the Occasion of Eid Miladun Nabi (S.A.W.S) 1439 Hijri instead of 01.12.2017 declared earlier.
- The Government, after careful consideration of the matter, have decided to change the General Holiday on the occasion of Eid Miladun Nabi on 02.12.2017 (Saturday) instead of 01.12.2017 (FRIDAY). Accordingly, the following notification is issued and shall be published in the extra-ordinary.
NOTIFICATION
In partial modification of the orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.2412, General Administration (Poll.A) Department, dated 24.11.2016, notifying the General Holidays and Optional Holidays, the Government hereby declare 02.12.2017 (Saturday) as General Holiday on the occasion of Eid Miladun Nabi instead of 01.12.2017 (Friday).
