Rc.73 Dt:11/07/2016 Latest Instructions on Updation of Teachers Database Click Here
The Updation of Teachers Data Base extended to 10.07.2016, inspite of extending time there are nearly 9000 teachers not updated their information online.
Therefore the District Educational Officers are requested to
- Call for the explanations of those teachers who have not uploaded the data in online and submit the compliance report to the undersigned.
- All such teachers may be instructed to enter their details in the concerned Mandal Educational Officers login from 14/07/2016 to 16/07/2016 without fail as a last chance.
- Issue necessary instruction to the concerned MEO/DyEO for confirmation the information submitted by the teacher through online which is already provided in respective login by through verification of the Service Register of the teacher.
The School Education Department , AP has issued latest instruction on Teachers Information System (TIS) Updation in http://cse.ap.gov.in . The Teachers Data Base updation last date has been increased up to 10/07/2016. Teachers have to complete the process of update before 10/07/2016 without any deviation. The complete Rc. Update Online Before 10/07/2016
The attention of District Educational Officers(DEOs) in the AP state is invited to the references above, wherein necessary certain instructions has been issued to all the Teachers/Headmasters/Mandal Educational Officers/Deputy Educational Officers in Andhra Pradesh to update teachers’ information online by the teacher individual concerned and complete the process on or before 10/07/2016 without fail.
Certain Clarification on TIS
In this context it is informed that certain clarifications are being received for updating Teacher Information System(TIS). Accordingly to accommodate such grievances the following system has put in place for resolving the grievances/clarifications arise while filling up the application form.
Instructions to HM/MEO/DyEO
- A Help Line no 040-66675282 is made available on all working days from 09.00 AM to 06.00 PM
- A Request Tracking System e., (RTS) is provided, to register the complaint by the individual at the time of filling up of application form and will be replied / resolved within maximum of 72 hours.
- FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) is also provided in web to the teachers may read the FAQs before filling of application form (or) may visit to see the clarifications arise by the individual during filling of form.
- Cadre strength of school updation will be available from 04/07/2016 for updating for newly recruited teachers and updating existing cadre strength (Inter District Transfers or General transfers effected) if any, at DEO logins.
- The confirmation login will be provided to the concerned immediate authority MEO/DyEO for confirming the application submitted by the teacher through online for verifying the particulars with Service Registers.
