Rc.1707 Dt:22/06/2016 is regarding the re-engaging of Part Time instructors in SSA for the year 2016— 17 . For this Project Approve Board of SSA, Delhi has approved the budget tentatively for the monthly payment . to the Part Time Instructors. All the Project Officers of SSA in the State are informed that the Project Approval Board of SSA met on 22.04.20 16 at New Delhi and approve the budget tentatively for payment of monthly honorarium to the Part Time Instructors for the year 2016 — 17.
The Project Officers are requested to take necessary action for re— engaging of the services of Part Time Instructors in Art Education, Health & Physical Education and Work Education in the Upper Primary Schools/ Upper Primary Sections of High Schools for the academic year 2016— 17 w.e.f 16.06.2016 duly following the guidelines appended.
- Follow the “guidelines on engaging of Part Time Instructors” strictly.
- Based on the performance of the Part Time Instructors during the academic year 20 15— 16.
- The Part Time Instructors who engaged continuously without any break during the academic year 2015—16 are eligible for re— engaging.
The Project Officers of SSA and District Educational Officers in the State are requested to complete the process of engaging Part Time Instructors for the year 2016— 17 by 30.06.20 16 without fail.
The Project Officers further informed that necessary proposals may be submitted to this office with full details for the permission to fill up the vacancies of Part Time Instructors in their districts.
